Grand Opening set for Norway Baseball Museum

Norway baseball continues to live in the new Museum.   The Norway Baseball Museum will hold an Grand Opening on  Saturday, June 26, at the Museum at 112 E. Railroad Street in Norway. Iowa County Pasture Walk Set for June 17

Holbrook, Iowa – Beef producers are invited to attend a pasture walk, scheduled for Thursday, June 17, at the Bob Faber farm located 2 miles east of Holbrook.   “We have a great agenda planned with presentations that any beef producer would find useful,” says Byron Leu, Iowa State University (ISU) Extension Program Specialist.

Memorial Day Services In the Area

VINTON Memorial Day ceremonies for American Legion Post 57, will be this Monday, 8:00 am at Maplewood Cemetery, 8:15 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery, and 8:30am at Evergreen Cemetery. Beginning at 10:00 am the march to the river bridge and at 11:00 am program at the new Veteran's Park by the Parks and Recreaction Center and Cedar River.

Windsor Manor To hold Memorial Day BBQ

5th Annual Iowa Braille Reunion
